We’re in Clearwater Beach right now (that’s near Tampa at the Gulf of Mexico). We left Orlando on Thursday. With our bags packed we drove to the Premium Outlets for some good shopping moments 
After that we planned on visiting Silver Springs for a couple of days but…. the weather sucked again. When we arrived in Silver Springs it was raining horribly and the hotels and area didn’t seem like much fun in this weather so we drove on to Clearwater Beach.
Our current hotel has 2 pools and a spa and is located directly at the beach. Yesterday we spent all day at the beach. While lying there I got a flyer for entering the Gillette Legs of a Goddess contest which was to be held at 2PM at Pier 60. With my legs I couldn’t refuse lol! So I entered. Lucky number 52… Alas, I didn’t win although Eelco thought I had a good shot (yes, he might be biased here lol). There were about 60 contestants this time. You had to walk the runway for a couple of seconds and a jury of two people (one from Next models and one famous fitness trainer) would look at you. They took lots of pics too and videotaped the whole thing. I got a polaroid of me posing with the Pink Cadillac to show you when I’m back home. We tried the taking a picture of a picture thing but it didn’t work. Ah well, it was fun to enter!
Yesterday evening we drove to Tampa (Ybor City) for some clubhopping. That was fun and we will go again tonight!!
